The last chapter of P.P.F came out months ago, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to write anything since. That adrenaline that filled me was honestly lost after the first chapter, and I just wrote with no meaning, hoping that it would still intrigue people. I occasionally said I was still working on it, but in truth, I've just been thinking about where I want the novel to go. If I even really knew what I was doing to begin with.
Then I thought about it a little more. About what story I really wanted to write. And, slowly, I've begun to piece it all together. The story I want to write is much more deserving of attention and care then the one I've been pumping out like its on an assembly line. So, here's what I'll do: 1. I'll restart P.P.F for the second time, except this time, I'll be editing Chapter one minimally and it will still be considered cannon. Chapters 2-4 are now to be considered non cannon. 2. This time, instead of going with what sounds good at the moment, I'll plot out the whole story with an outline, much like I should have done from the start. 3. I will begin updating people more often about how things are going. This way, nobody is caught out of the blue when a new chapter goes up or when I am taking a break from writing. Hopefully, this should fix my problem and allow me to produce chapters at a more steady rate.
